Cayenne Peppers

These Cayenne peppers are ‘Mesilla Long’ variety. They are each about 6 inches long, and slightly green to deep red.  These are great for drying and grinding into ground cayenne pepper. They are also the base pepper for typical buffalo hot sauces. (See ‘Frank’s’)
